I’m thrilled to announce a curriculum-based leadership program designed for aspiring women at the manager and early director level in their organizations.

The curriculum is made up of popular topics from women’s leadership research and my 20+ years of coaching women leaders. The content includes tools and practical steps to apply learning.

Mid-Level Managers Cohort is an interactive, virtual experience so women can participate from any location. The cohort program consists of six sessions.

Rita’s style is very welcoming and judgement free. Even with her years of experience and knowledge, she creates a warm and embracing atmosphere to learn and grow for younger and less  experience women leaders.  I like the participation  and sharing, not just  being  spoken to.

I realized that women leaders ARE different from men and that  we should lean  into those  differences  and strengths, instead of trying to work against them to be more like men. I have a better understanding of myself and my strengths and that makes me a better and more authentic leader.

The cohort is a great opportunity to think about  and explore  your own leadership habits. Check up on how you are  doing compared to best practices and how to adjust where needed. The content, pacing and instructor are  all well worth the time and money investment. You will get a good return.

The biggest benefit of  a cohort situation is being able to learn, grow and see different perspectives from many different women. It helps me expand my knowledge more than I would on my own.  I have company training with my job that is for everyone and I don’t feel like the topics covered “stick” as much as they do with the cohort program. ​

​I think female leaders of  all levels can really benefit from this training. It helps in more than just the business  world because  it  also helps you grow personally. Without that personal growth you can’t grow in your role. We all sometimes need encouragement to grow, to learn, etc. and this cohort really helps with this!
