​The goal of the Roundtable is to bring experienced executive women together to build their network and gain support from like-minded colleagues who are implementing strategy, leading change and retaining/developing talent.​

The Women’s Roundtable is a confidential space to have deep conversations with others in similar situations. Members listen, learn from each other, discuss challenges, share successes, hold each other accountable for what’s important, and encourage when the going gets tough. These are talented women who want to grow together.

In each session members decide what they are going to accomplish before the next session and discuss progress and challenges. Sessions are based on the needs of the group and are facilitated by visionary leader, Leah Cook in partnership with executive leadership coach, Dr. Rita Webster.

The Roundtable provides members the opportunity to:

✦   Deep dive into pressing issues and the challenges of leading change.

✦   Learn from executive leaders across industries.

✦   Focus on strategy implementation/execution.

✦   Share what works and what doesn’t.

✦   Have meaningful conversations.

✦   Practice and refine leadership coaching skills.

✦   Have accountability for moving important but not urgent issues forward.

✦   Get candid feedback on new ideas.

✦   Build their network of experienced executives willing to grow together.

✦   Gain support from leaders facing similar challenges.

✦   Participate in real time problem solving.

✦   Be in a confidential space to tell it like it is.
