Dr. Rita Webster is a renowned expert on Women’s Leadership. Through her 20+ years of coaching executive women, her research, and her own experience as a woman business owner, Rita brings a wealth of information, tools, and processes to help women succeed.
Her clients describe her as wise, practical, creative, non-judgmental, and caring. She is passionate about empowering women and getting more women seated at the tables where significant decisions are being made in today’s organizations.
Rita holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota. She is the founder of WiseLeader and known as The Executive Coach for Women Leaders. She is the creator and facilitator of the Executive Women’s Change Leadership Roundtables and the popular Mid-Level Women Managers Leadership Development Cohorts. She is a sought after speaker.
In addition to her work with women leaders, Rita is a certified Systemic Team Coach. She designs leadership programming for teams who want to build solid relationships with their key stakeholders, break down silos and use a systemic mindset to deliver results that matter.
Rita lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota near the Mississippi River. Her favorite role these days is being Nanna to her two pre-school granddaughters who live nearby and visit often. She is an avid flower and vegetable gardener. In the summer you will find her happily digging in the dirt and arranging flower bouquets for her desk and throughout her home.
