This is a unique training opportunity for mid-level women managers to build leadership skills and learn tools to help them implement the strategy of their organization more successfully.
Who is this for: mid-level women managers and women on their teams, individual contributors who need to influence those around them to get things done, women leaders who want to get ready for their next level career move, women managers who completed the first Mid-Level Managers Cohort training.

For six months you’ll be working directly with Dr. Webster during cohort training sessions to learn how to implement each of the focus areas in your own unique way within the culture of your own organization.
In addition, you and your cohort colleagues will have access to mid-month Coaching Q & A sessions where you get individual coaching to practice what you are learning, work through challenges, get support, celebrate success and learn from the challenges your colleagues have.
You’ll be meeting with your direct manager to discuss how to best apply what you are learning to the needs and opportunities within your own organization.

Research indicates that companies in the top quartile of leadership outperform other organizations by nearly two times on earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA). Moreover, companies that invest in developing leaders during significant transformations are 2.4 times more likely to hit their performance targets.

The biggest benefit of a cohort situation is being able to learn, grow and see different perspectives from many different women. It helps me expand my knowledge more than I would on my own. I have company training with my job that is for everyone and I don’t feel like the topics covered “stick” as much as they do with the cohort program.

I think female leaders of all levels can really benefit from this training. It helps in more than just the business world because it also helps you grow personally.
