Report: Women in the Workplace 2021 BURNOUT IS STILL ON THE RISE What are you doing to prevent it? How are you doing with your self-care? Take a minute to think about that question again. As women leaders, we are notorious for... Taking care of those around us and then running out of time to take care of ourselves. In this unprecedented time we are living in, unprecedented self-care plays a much bigger role in our success! WHY? Because we are stressed, exhausted, and burning out, and this needs to change. A new report on Corporate Women by McKinsey & Company and Lean In tells us that women are rising to the moment as stronger leaders. BUT burnout is affecting us more than ever. At one of our October Roundtables for Executive Women Leading Change, we reviewed the data and came to the realization that as women, self-care must move to the top of our to-do lists. So we are looking for ideas; especially ideas that are easy peasy to do, and would love your input. What are some of your favorite ways to take good care of yourself? Please comment your advice: click here.
