Need a Little Motivation?

One of my favorite parts of the Women Managers Leadership Cohorts is our wrap-up session where we have a panel of executive women share their personal stories of moving from their first manager role to the senior level roles they have today.

When I call the Women Executives in my network to ask if they’d like to be part of the panel, I always get a resounding YES. These are busy, high-profile women who know the value of giving back.

I’m grateful for their willingness to share and their commitment to advancing women leaders.

The Executive panel session is conversational, intimate and a wonderful opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes stories of challenge and success. I always learn something new about building a career and navigating change.
